As a Licensed Professional Counselor, and Nationally Certified Counselor, Dona provides client-centered therapy—including talk therapy, EMDR, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/tapping)—in a safe, confidential space.

We also offer Intensive EMDR Sessions for those that want to dig a little deeper.

We offer a Stabilization and Sleep Reset with clear set milestones, homework, tracking and a plan.

  • I am now trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Which is a psychotherapy approach designed to alleviate distress associated with traumatic memories. It involves the patient recalling distressing experiences, without reliving them, while simultaneously undergoing bilateral sensory input, such as side-to-side eye movements, which helps the brain reprocess the memories and reduce their emotional impact. EMDR is commonly used to treat PTSD and other trauma-related conditions.

  • This is an extended session of EMDR for intensive healing and reprocessing.

  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, is a holistic therapy that involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on emotional issues or physical discomfort. This practice aims to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and alleviate negative emotions by restoring balance to the body's energy system. EFT is used to address various concerns, including anxiety, trauma, phobias, and chronic pain, offering a non-invasive and accessible approach to emotional well-being.
