If you were wondering… you’re not alone. A lot of people reach out worried they’ll be judged, dismissed, or told they’re “too much.” You won’t be. This is a calm, trauma-informed space to work on what your body and mind are doing after an unexplained experience—without needing to prove what happened.

Just to be clear: We provide therapy, or guidance. and we do not confirm or debunk paranormal claims.

If something unexplained happened and your body hasn’t felt safe since, it makes sense that you’re looking for answers. Below are a few things people often want to know before we talk. My work is therapy—grounded, trauma-informed, and nonjudgmental, or guidance, and I don’t argue belief. (No holy water required.)

1) “Do I have to prove what happened?”
No. You don’t have to convince me. We focus on what you experienced and how it’s affecting your nervous system, sleep, and daily life.

2) “Are you going to think I’m crazy?”
No. I’m not here to shame or dismiss you. I take your experience seriously and we work clinically with the symptoms and stress response.

3) “Do you believe in the paranormal?”
I respect your lived experience, and I don’t debate belief in session. My role is to help you feel safer, steadier, and more in control again.

4) “Will you come to my house / tell me what it is?”
No. I provide therapy (including EMDR and other trauma-informed tools) or guidance to help reduce fear, hypervigilence, and manage trauma symptoms.

5) “What kinds of things do you help with?”
Anxiety, panic, trauma/PTSD symptoms, sleep disruption, avoidance, and feeling unsafe—especially when those symptoms are connected to unexplained or paranormal-feeling events.

6) “What’s different about working with you?”
You don’t have to “sanitize” your story to be taken seriously. The work stays ethical, grounded, and evidence-based—while respecting what you’ve been through.

7) “What if I don’t know what this is (trauma, anxiety, sleep paralysis, etc.)?”
That’s common. You don’t need a perfect label to start. We’ll look at patterns and symptoms together and decide on the most helpful next step.

8) “How do you write this in my records?”
I document in neutral, clinical language and focus on symptoms and client-reported experiences without sensational details.

9) “Do you take insurance?”
I’m private pay. Sessions are $150. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be able to seek reimbursement from your insurer.

10) “How long does this usually take?”
It depends on your goals and how intense things feel right now. Many clients work with me anywhere from 3 months to a year or more, depending on the situation, and we check progress regularly.

11) “Okay… what do I do first?”
