Talk Therapy
Talk therapy provides caring and helpful counseling. We will address your needs, offering a listening ear and support with your anxiety, depression, and more.
EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapeutic technique that helps individuals heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. By using guided eye movements, taps, or sounds, EMDR facilitates the processing and integration of negative memories, reducing their emotional impact. Effective for PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more, EMDR empowers clients to achieve lasting psychological well-being through a structured and non-invasive approach.
We have regular EMDR sessions lasting for 45 minutes, 90 minute sessions, 3 hour (half day), or 6 hour (full day) sessions available.
What we’ll focus on
We’ll identify one primary target and work through it using EMDR-informed protocols, resourcing, and integration. Many clients describe leaving with more calm, clarity, and a stronger sense of control—without needing to “tell every detail” of what happened.
Who this is for
This may be a good fit if you:
Feel “stuck” on a specific trauma memory or trigger
Want a more concentrated format than weekly therapy
Have enough stability right now to do deeper work in one appointment
Can attend from a private, uninterrupted space
Who this is not for (right now)
An intensive may not be appropriate if you’re currently experiencing:
Active suicidal intent or recent self-harm behaviors
Active psychosis, mania, or severe destabilization
An unsafe home environment (including current domestic violence)
Substance use that would impair emotional processing
Severe dissociation that hasn’t been stabilized (we can start with resourcing first)
If any of these apply, we’ll talk about safer options and next steps.
To protect your safety and make sure this format fits, a free 15-minute consult is required before booking. If approved, you’ll receive intake paperwork and scheduling options.
Find Your Path to Healing
